An innovative design by TCI with radio frequency transparent shrouds around a circular dual carrier headframe. This structure is a functional, accessible, architectural solution, where the intent is not to conceal the facility but to express it.

A special foundation design using Abelflex compressible material was used to reduce the loading on the adjacent storm water canal and existing services infrastructure. The shrouds and head frame were assembled on site and lifted by crane.

The total construction period was restricted to seven weeks due to a legal challenge by the local council. Vodafone's successful defence in the Land and Environment Court was assisted by TCI's meticulous documentation control systems and our evidence.
