TCI's client required a Frequency Shifting
Repeater (FSR) site to be deployed at a remote location named
‘Halfway Creek’.
The site was quite some distance from the
existing power supply and adjoining landowners objected to
power being brought to the site across their properties.
As a result, TCI recommended that the site
be solar powered, undertook a solar design criteria analysis,
then managed the procurement and installation of the solar
equipment at the same time as designing and constructing the
regular site elements.
